Q + A

How do I RSVP?

To help us plan effectively, we kindly ask that you RSVP only after booking your room. The resort planner has emphasized the importance of booking early to allow for additional room accommodations if needed. Please RSVP by August 1st at the latest. We know that traveling to Mexico isn't possible for everyone, and we completely understand! That said, we’re thrilled to celebrate with those who can join us. If you're unable to attend, we just ask that you please let us know ASAP! Your RSVP helps us plan and ensures everyone has the best experience. We can't wait to celebrate together!

What are the suggested travel dates?

We want you to feel like you're on a vacation, so you’re welcome to arrive as early as you'd like! Our goal is to give everyone a chance to enjoy a vacation, with a few fun activities added in! Welcome Party & Boat Cruise: Our official Welcome Party will take place on Friday afternoon with a sunset boat cruise. If you’d like to join us for the boat cruise, we highly recommend arriving by Thursday to allow for any potential flight delays and to allow enough time to get through customs. We’ll be providing transportation to the marina Friday afternoon and can’t wait to kick off the weekend with all of you! We recommend the following date range: January 15th-Jan 19th. (The resort has a 3-night minimum) For those of you arriving Thursday or planning to enjoy the long MLK weekend, we’ll have some activities planned for anyone to make the most of the trip-like a pool party on Sunday! We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Yes, the all-inclusive packages include breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and alcoholic beverages, and includes dining options onsite and at nearby Pueblo Bonito resorts, ranging from casual beach and prompt poolside service to fine dining and gourmet restaurants. Additionally, there are several upgraded dining options on the property. We highly recommend Quivero Steakhouse for an upscale dining experience

What if I am unsure of my exact travel dates , but I'm ready to RSVP by booking my room?

You can modify your reservation (subject to availability) up until September. If you're unsure of your travel dates, we recommend booking your room for all your potential dates. This ensures you secure all potential room nights, as availability may change. You can always adjust your dates later if needed!

Can we explore other areas of Cabo/downtown?

Yes! We chose Cabo as our wedding destination because it's not just a beautiful place to celebrate, but also offers plenty of opportunities for our guests to explore. If you feel like stepping out of the resort, you can easily check out what Cabo has to offer! The resort provides a free shuttle service to the downtown beach area, which makes it super convenient to visit local spots. The shuttle will drop you off at Pueblo Bonito Rose/Blanco, where you'll have access to all the benefits of your all-inclusive package. From there, you’re just a short walk along the beach to some popular spots like The Office and Mango Deck—both great for food, drinks, and fun vibes! Cabo is a very safe destination overall, so you can confidently enjoy your time exploring. If you prefer not to take the shuttle, taxis to downtown are easy to find, and Ubers are super affordable in Cabo. While Ubers can't pick you up directly from the hotel, you can always catch one back from downtown, usually for under $10!

Do I need a passport to travel to Cabo?

However, if you're in a rush, there is an expedited option that can get your passport within 2-3 weeks (but it costs more). * make sure to check the expiration date on your passport*. It should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of your return trip to Mexico, as some airlines and countries enforce this rule. Renewals: If you're renewing an existing passport, you can typically do it by mail using the DS-82 form, as long as your previous passport isn’t expired for more than 5 years. Where to apply: In person: If it's your first passport, you'll need to apply in person at a passport acceptance facility (like some post offices or libraries). Renew by mail: I recently renewed my passport online and my new passport came quickly!
