* Our wedding planner has advised us that it’s crucial to book your hotel rooms early to ensure everyone can stay at Pueblo Bonito! * This resort is very popular and tends to fill up months in advance. We strongly recommend reserving your room as soon as possible to guarantee you’re part of the group!
When booking, only a one-night deposit is required. Should you wish to upgrade your room later, you can contact the hotel directly to make any changes and check availability.

Important Reservation Details:
Group Rates are valid from January 10th to January 23rd, 2026, subject to availability.
All-Inclusive Room Rates: Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, per room, per night. The All-Inclusive Program includes all taxes (16% federal tax, 4% hotel tax) and services, excluding an environmental fee of $37.99 pesos per room per night (approximately $2.50 USD, subject to exchange rate).
Room Occupancy:
Maximum of 3 adults per room, except for:
Deluxe Oceanview The Towers: Maximum of 2 adults
Presidential Suite: Maximum of 4 adults
Room Assignment: The resort will assign rooms based on availability and special requests (including bedding preferences).
Group Rate Availability: Group rates are available until the booking deadline or until the room block is full, whichever comes first.
Payment & Cancellation Policies:
Payment Policy: A major credit card is required to secure your reservation. One night’s stay will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
21+ days before arrival: Full deposit refunded.
20 days or less before arrival: 1-night charge.
No-show: Full stay charged.
Late arrivals or early departures: Full confirmed stay will be charged.
For room + flight packages, Pueblo Bonito is not responsible for airline policies, and full prepayment may be required when reserving this option.

Pueblo Bonito Pacifica features 201 elegantly modern rooms and a range of world-class amenities, including exquisite dining options, the wellness-focused Armonia Spa, private beach access, and exclusive entry to the renowned Quivira Golf Club, designed by Jack Nicklaus. Pueblo Bonito has four properties in Cabo, but staying at Pacifica gives you the added bonus of all-inclusive access to all four resorts.
